Seminar on Integral Management, Feb 15-16, 2019, European Pavilion

Dear Friends,

IPK activities (of UHU) cordially invites you to join our annual seminar on the Integral Paradigm of Knowledge on February 15-16, in European Pavilion from 9-17.

This year the theme is Integral Management in the light of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.

Discussions will be held around important topics of organisational management, work-environment and learning environment in the light of Integral Yoga Psychology. How to change our approaches to action and learning from the ordinary perspective to the vision of unending education.  The presenters will speak about their approaches, experiences and advancements in their fields of activity and their plans.

Among other things we shall explore what IPK means to all of us, and how we can implement it in our work and study. For this reason, we will discuss the projects that have been worked on this last year, and our plans for next year.

Among our presenters this year are teachers of TLC, who will share with us their introduction and implementation of IPK in the school. Siv will talk about how she sees integral paradigm of knowledge can influence and transform the Scandinavian view on organizational management, trying to answer the question: “Is this a possible future management for Auroville?”  Sowmya will share with us how she thinks to build up her own organization and how integral views influence her ways of doing it. Vladimir will lead us into an exploration of IPK in the light of Integral Management and Ideals of Auroville and Integral Yoga Psychology.

We will have workshops where together will explore IPK’s concept and its influence on our life. All are welcome.
